The strength of Densel Company lies in the people who bring skill, commitment, and experience to every project. The Densel Company Team is made up of seasoned professionals with decades of combined experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
From project managers and engineers to field technicians and office support, every team member plays a vital role in keeping commercial properties running efficiently. Many of our staff members have been with the company for over 20 years, which reflects the trust, consistency, and dedication that define our culture.
Our technicians are fully licensed and receive ongoing training in HVAC technologies, energy-efficient systems, control services, and safety standards. This hands-on knowledge ensures our clients receive reliable, forward-thinking solutions on every job.

Bryan E. Austin, President
In addition to his responsibilities as the firm’s President, Mr. Austin remains fully involved in project management, scheduling, large project bids and quality control. He assists our mechanics with troubleshooting problems and in their training.
Everett Lucas, III, Vice President of Operations, Service Division
Mr. Lucas heads the firm’s Service Division. He is responsible for overseeing the workload, managing maintenance contracts, service project bids, supervising the service mechanics and office Service Department employees. He oversees the education of our apprentices and assists the mechanics in troubleshooting problems and responding to emergencies.
Joey Adam, Service Manager, Service Division
Mr. Adam has been in the trade since 2011 and has been with Densel Company since 2011. He has served as the Service Manager since 2021 and is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the service mechanics and apprentices. He assists them with troubleshooting problems, provides quotes to our customers for emergency repairs and coordinates continuing education for the field technicians.
Steve Jurney, Control Specialist, Controls Division
Mr. Jurney leads the firm’s Controls Division. His team provides and maintains comprehensive control system services. They are authorized installers for the Johnson Facility Explorer Direct Digital Control System. In addition, they service all pneumatic control manufacturer’s devices and systems, providing maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of pneumatic control system components including air compressor and dryers. Mr. Jurney has more than 30 years experience having serviced systems by Honeywell, Johnson, Barber Coleman, Robert Shaw, Siemens (Powers), Invensys, and Carrier.
Margin Medrano, Vice President of Construction Division
Mr. Medrano is the Vice President of the Construction Division at Densel Co. Prior to taking that position, Mr. Medrano worked as a sales representative for the company. Mr. Medrano has been with Densel for nearly 20 years and brings decades of experience in Commercial HVAC Construction to the team.
